We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outbound Visa Consultant to join our expanding team. You will assist clients with end-to-end visa processing for multiple destinations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional experience
1–3 years of experience in outbound visa processing or a similar role
Strong understanding of international visa procedures
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple cases at once
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Customer-centric approach and problem-solving attitude
Provide guidance to clients on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures
Handle visa submissions for countries such as the USA, UK, Schengen states, Canada, Australia, etc.
Review client documents for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate appointments, biometrics, and interviews as required
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, embassy requirements, and processing timelines
Communicate with clients regularly to give updates and answer inquiries
Manage internal records and ensure timely follow-up on all applications
Deliver excellent customer service and support sales when necessary
