We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Specialist to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international air ticket reservations, reissues, refunds, and providing excellent customer support.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Ticketing Specialist
Strong command of GDS systems (Amadeus preferred)
Knowledge of international & domestic airfare rules
Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Handle air ticket bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds
Work with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
Ensure accurate fare calculations and ticketing procedures
Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for schedule changes
Provide professional customer service and resolve ticketing issues
Maintain accurate booking and client records
